Temperature (fever) screening of persons entering business premises and public areas. With advanced detectors and algorithms, Intelligent Security and Fire’s Temperature Screening Thermographic Cameras are designed to detect elevated skin-surface temperatures, and can thus be used for rapid and preliminary temperature screening in office buildings, factories, stations, airports and other public places, with accuracy up to ±0.3°C.
Thermal cameras with high temperature accuracy can help detect elevated body temperatures which may indicate the presence of a fever. Thermal cameras can be used for the fever screening of commuters, shoppers, and office workers.
They are very efficient. It takes only one second for a thermal camera to detect temperature of a person, thus allows screening of large numbers of people at a time. Thermal cameras are also safe. They feature non-contact temperature measurement from about one meter away, avoiding unnecessary physical contact
Intelligent Security and Fire are able to provide a density control solution to help monitor people presence in premises to assist customers with social distancing requirements.
A new Density Control Solution provided by Intelligent Security is designed to help supermarkets, retailers, post offices, banks and other buildings and facilities manage the number of people on their premises at any one time.
With social distancing an ongoing requirement in public places, Hikvision’s system utilises highly accurate people counting technology, a clear, dynamic display and real-time alerts to ensure pre-defined capacity thresholds are never exceeded, even in locations with multiple entrances and exits. Optional central management software allows users to obtain in-depth business Intelligence reports for trend analysis.
Potential application scenarios
This social distancing density control solution can be easily and rapidly deployed and is designed to be simple to use and highly accurate, with options to suit all potential application scenarios from a single door option for smaller establishments to a version incorporating multiple people counting cameras for multiple doors.
An alert is created when the pre-configured maximum is reached, and an audio alarm can be triggered to warn staff that restrictions must now be placed on people entering the premises.
Face detection technology
The solution allows organisations to reduce the number of staff required to be physically present at doors, as the remaining capacity is clearly displayed. Additionally, the highly accurate nature of the cameras’ people counting functions – utilising 3D binocular stereo vision and Deep Learning algorithms – means potentially complex counts in multi-door sites are no longer an issue.
Mask Detection Solution
Alongside the Density Control Solution, Intelligent Security and Fire also offers a Mask Detection Solution, designed to ensure that anyone entering a premise is wearing a face mask if local restrictions dictate that this is required.
